*All of our units are non-smoking, and we do allow pets with the purchase of a full cleaning option.
Payment Requirements:
We require payment in advance for all rentals. Payment must be made in full two weeks prior to your arrival in Moab.
Damage Deposit:
A $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required at Check Out. The deposit will be returned after all conditions at Check In are met.
Insurance:
Before you can take possession of one of our motor homes or campers you must provide one of the following insurance options below. NOT REQUIERED WITH PURCHASE OF THE SET-UP/DELIVERY OPTION.
Provide Arches RV Rental with a binder or endorsement that extends coverage for the vehicle and Arches
RV Rental from your personal policy. Your insurance company or agent must provide a BINDER or ENDORSETMENT to Arches RV Rental. The binder should name Arches RV Rental as an additional insured
and loss payee. The binder should also provide comprehensive and collision for the vehicle value. A CERTIFICATE or copy of a DECLARATIONS PAGE, or insurance CARD is not sufficient. Note: Each authorized driver must provide proof of insurance for the rental. If you choose this option, please have your
insurance agent fill out an insurance binder and return it to us.

You must pay a premium to MBA in order to be added to our rental insurance policy.

Confirmation will be immediately emailed to you and Arches RV Rental.
THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO INSURANCE OPTIONS, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, AND YOU MUST DO ONE OF THE ABOVE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made within 2 weeks of departure will not be refunded. Cancellation of rental must be made with in 14 days of reservation for a full refund.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed in all rental units with the purchase of the Full Cleaning Option.
Kits:
Eliminate the need to pack all the kitchen and linen essentials for your trip. We will have everything you need pre-loaded in the unit prior to your arrival.
Linen kit includes: sheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels and washcloths.
Kitchen kit includes: Full service for four, pots and pans, spatulas, knifes everything you will need for the kitchen.
